Weddings are an expensive affair. You need money for the dress, reception, catering and decorations. Weddings are rich in symbolism, one of which is that provided by bridal jewelry. As jewelry never depreciates so is the value of the married couple and their relationship.
Gifts are always the best when they are something that the receiver truly wants and when they come from the heart. Gifts for bridesmaids, maid of honor, groomsmen and best man are given with sentiment of thanks from the groom and bride. Although it isn't mandatory to give gifts for them, still many brides and grooms opt to give something that can show appreciation to those people who have done a fantastic job.

BRIDAL SHOWERRS ARE A SPECIAL PART
Bridal showers are a special part of wedding plans and the Maid of Honor or any family member can host one to honor the bride and groom. Bridal showers should be fun. Find a large collection of free bridal shower games to read online or to download and play.
Brides and grooms often hail from different parts of the country (or world), meaning most guests will rack up hefty travel costs no matter what. A destination affair allows couples to trim the guest list without hurt feelings, and a laid-back setting gives repeat brides and grooms an excuse to celebrate without rehashing all the traditional trappings of their first go-round. Brides-to-be can also consult the Cosmic Wedding Planner for complete astrological guidance from engagement to honeymoon and find out why it works, what to work on and a recommended song. All good advice, especially if you let the stars guide your life. Brides and Grooms who are having their weddings in Ventura, must make decisions about the location, colors, wedding professionals, etc, etc. But, making these decisions should be enjoyable, if you start early, stay to a budget and just have fun with it.

FREQUENT SCENE
Weddings are a frequent scene or drunk girl dances, but we're not sure we've ever come across one quite like this. In this case, what begins as a completely normal and sweet dance between a bride and one of her bridesmaids gets a little out of control as the bridesmaid unveils some interesting drunk dance moves including doing the splits, lifting her dress up to reveal her panties, and finally crawling under the bride's dress. Weddings are just fun. Of course there is the whole serious side of the wedding that this couple is promising to share a lifetime together. Weddings are made in heaven but planned and executed on earth. Your wedding is the most important day of your life and needs to be an occasion that is remembered not just by you but also by the people who attended it.
Marriage is among the most important events in a person's life. Therefore people try to make the best arrangements for making it a memorable affair. Marriages for life have to be rooted in life. Whenever I read of a "fairy tale" wedding, I am sure it is precisely that.

Wedding planning is a lucrative business, with some planners charging as much as 10% of the budget of the wedding, or anywhere between $50 - 150 per hour . With the average planned wedding costing around $15,000, a typical wedding planner can earn $1,500 and upwards from a single engagement. Wedding planning is stressful enough and the last thing you need are those intrusive family members and friends telling you what to do, and what not to do, on how you should be planning your wedding. Sometimes you may not express yourself as to not create waves, or maybe your just afraid to speak up. Wedding planning is no easy task, and our bride pros are experienced, professional, reliable and ready to take the load off, so you can enjoy your wedding planning experience.

Writing The Perfect Wedding Speech Or Wedding Toast
If you’re not feeling creative, there are a lot of ways to come up with a great speech or toast, so don’t feel like you’re under too much pressure.
Yet.
When stealing is good
Before we go into advice on speeches, the best thing that you can do is to get started on it early. Although these techniques and tips will work in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, you really need to practice to make it look good.
Back to the advice, you don’t have to write your speech in order to give one. You can search the Internet for other people’s speeches and selectively borrow from them. Although some English scholars and copyright authors would squabble over plagiarism—you’re not using this to make money, so you should be fine. If you fear that someone is going to arrest you, then quote the whole speech, giving the true author’s name.
What’s good about looking through other speeches is that you may just end up personalizing them anyways and coming up with your own ideas. That’s how you write a good speech.
Getting ideas
A lot of writing speeches and toasts is from listening to other ones. Talk to the person-who-you-are-toasting’s friends and family to see if there are any stories that would make a good toast. You’d be surprised at some of the things that you can find out. Of course, the really embarrassing ones should be saved for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
You may also want to find a poem that relates to them and read that aloud. Poems are always good emotional material. Try to find ones that speak of married love, rather than the newness of love. This will demonstrate your faith in their new marriage, rather than concentrating on the courtship.
And don’t feel that you have to be stuck in finding something that’s overly emotional. You can find something funny and have the whole reception hall laughing. Humor is tricky though because it can go south in a blink of an eye. Keep it clean, and you’re usually fine.
The key to a great wedding toast or speech is the honesty with which you deliver it. A lot of times, it isn’t the words that are moving, but the emotion that drives the toast or the speech. Be yourself and be true to the couple, and you’re sure to be appreciated.

Wedding Invitation And Offset Consideration
A blushing bride and a handsome groom are always a good sight to see. It is every woman’s dream to have a great wedding. After all, they would marry their husbands only once so might as well make it an affair to remember. From the tiny table cloth design and color to the bride’s gown and wedding motif, everything needs careful planning and preparation. One of the most important and oftentimes overlooked details of preparing a wedding is the invitation. The invitation is an important piece of stationery that includes all information about the bride and groom, where the wedding will be held and other related details. But if the invitation is not properly designed and printed, the whole charm of the event can be ruined.
There are many choices when it comes to the format of the wedding invitation today. The Internet, for one, has thousands of web sites that offer help in wedding preparation. You can ask help from them to make your invitation more special and distinct. Be wary though that some techniques in creating an invitation card can cost much. So your invitation design will depend mostly on how you want it to look and what your budget will allow you.
Offset printing is perhaps the most familiar method of printing any kind of material. In this technique the inked impression is made to a rubber cylinder or plate and then transferred to paper. The resulting image in this type of printing method will appear flat. So when considering this printing style use textured papers or papers that can’t be produced through thermography, digital or engraving. This is one of the most affordable and easiest printing options for couples who have limited budget. Best of all, if you want images to extend through the page of the invitation, you can do so with offset printing. Bleed use with offset printing can run off the page rather than being limited to the frame of the invitation.
There are a lot of professional printers that offer offset printing. They can even make the entire invitation for you. Or if you want a personalized design, you can do so by creating your own design and bringing them to the printers. Understand though that if you are doing the designing yourself, talk with the printer first and know what software they support and how the files should be save.
So, when ordering your invitation card check all the details carefully. Make sure that it is complete in all aspect. Keep in mind that a poorly printed and designed invitation destroys the interest of the guest and the essence of the occasion.

Wedding Planning 101 - Get Ready, Get Set... Get Organized!
So you've been to your local bookstore, surveyed the rather large collection of wedding books and wondered how anyone even gets through this whole planning process... and why all those wedding planning books are so thick!
This is completely understandable - it is a bit on the daunting side. Planning a wedding is definitely not something you can throw together in a matter of days, and there will certainly be quite a few projects along the way to keep you busy.
But these 'projects' can actually be fun - a lot of fun! And with a plan, you may even find yourself looking forward to them...
1.) Most importantly, keep things SIMPLE.
There will always be another photographer to interview, another centerpiece idea, another wedding favor website. When you find something that "clicks" with you, go with it! You've just crossed off one more thing on your wedding checklist.
2.) Decide on a good filing system before you begin.
Order a box of file folders or an accordion file with multiple sections to hold all of your contracts, notes, etc. If you're really ambitious, consider investing $20-30 in a labeler at an office supply store - it keeps things especially neat and organized. As you go along, designate one folder for each aspect of your planning -- caterer, rehearsal dinner, guest list, etc.
3.) Get started! Begin tackling items on your wedding checklist.
Look at the first group of to-do's on the list. Don't try to do all of these at once - take one at a time and consider putting the others on your calendar so that you know they'll get taken care of, just not all today.
4.) Don't be afraid to delegate.
Family members and attendants will more than likely be willing to help take on some of the planning tasks - if they offer, take them up on it! If there are parts of the planning that you know you don't need to be (or care to be) directly involved in, ask for help.
5.) Have FUN.
While some tasks will take longer than others, there will be others that will balance out all of the hard work - treating yourself to a day at the spa for example. Also, consider subscribing to one or more bridal magazines - when you think you've run out of wedding ideas, these glossy guides are a great pick-me up.
6.) And lastly, don't worry that you won't possibly be able to do all of these things...
Everything will get done, in due time, and you'll see all of your hard work pay off when things really start to come together. So start planning, and have fun!

The Wedding Shower
The Maid of Honor and the bridesmaids usually give the wedding shower. Often, with the help of the brides mother. There may be more than one shower, sometimes co-workers will give a shower at the workplace or in a restaurant close to the job. The groom’s family if they live far away, my want to give a shower of their own. One word of caution, you shouldn’t invite anyone to a shower who isn’t invited to the wedding. That’s like saying “I’ll take your gift but don’t want you at my wedding.” Ask the bride who she wants at her shower.
If this is to be a surprise shower, get help from the bride’s mother. She will be able to tell you if Great Aunt Millie who lives several states away, will be insulted if she doesn’t get an invitation even though everyone knows she can’t come. Avoid Wedding Rip-offs
Planning a wedding can be a stressful event. The last thing you need is to be ripped-off by an unscrupulous wedding vendor or planner. Here are a few tips to help avoid this problem.
Make Your Wedding Arrangements and Bookings As Far In Advance As Possible
Most facilities, vendors, and planners can be booked more than a year in advance. If possible, take advantage of this window of opportunity. Should something go wrong, it will provide you with more time to make alternate arrangements. Also, be aware that some vendors will actually charge you more if you order or book things at the last minute.
Shop Around and Deal With Trustworthy People
Before booking anything you should shop around and get an idea of current prices for each category of your wedding. Don't just hire the first caterer you meet with. Ask around with family, friends, co-workers, etc. and get their recommendations about services they may have used. If you want to be extra safe in this regard, you could also call your local Better Business Bureau. They can provide you with any problem information they may have received regarding a particular company.
Get Everything in Writing
It would seem obvious to do this, but a lot of couples tend to go on "faith" of what a vendor says, then are shocked with the vendor doesn't follow through. Get everything, down to the smallest detail, in writing and be sure both you and the vendor agree on all points before signing any contract. Include exact descriptions, such as if you are ordering flowers: how may bouquets, the exact type and color of the flowers, etc.
Be Aware of The Fine Print
Read any contracts over very carefully. Pay particular attention to their cancellation policy. You want to make sure it includes a provision for a refund of the deposit if you cancel or change your wedding date by a certain time period before your wedding. Of course, reasonably, you would not get a deposit back if you canceled two days before the wedding. Be sure to also include a written statement on the contract that you will not pay for services and will expect a complete refund on any deposits if the company does not deliver exactly as specified in the contract. A reputable company will respect this clause.
Regarding Photographers and DJ's
When booking these services with a company, often you may wish to have a particular photographer/videographer and DJ for your wedding because you have seen their work or heard their play style and really like it. Make sure this is detailed on the contract with the person's name. Again, also include the clause that if that particular person is substituted, you will not pay for the service and will receive a refund on all deposits.
This happened at our wedding with the DJ. The one we were told was coming and who knew how our ceremony music was laid out did not show up, and the substitute DJ that showed had no idea how the wedding service was to proceed with the music. There was a mess up with some songs during the ceremony and we had no recourse, as we didn't include that provision in the contract. So be aware of this. Don't pay for a last minute substitute (unless you were thoroughly happy with their service).

How To Film Perfect Wedding Videos
Capturing the perfect wedding day video takes more than just luck. There are a number of factors involved that should be considered when you're planning your wedding video whether you're the one behind or in front of the camera.
1. Experience
Make sure the videographer has considerable experience, has just about seen it all and can anticipate what is about to happen in order to capture events as they unfold. Take note of any recommendations from people you know or testimonials to this regard.
2. Communication
The videographer must be prepared to liaise with other people who have key roles in your day, from the photographer to the hotel manager, in order to be alerted to upcoming highlights such as cutting the cake and the speeches as well as ensuring s/he is updated of any changes to the schedule.
3. Post Editing
The video service should be able to provide additional interesting extras, such as background music and slow motion shots, which will give your finished video a professional and polished touch, distinguishing it from a regular home movie.
4. Expertise
The wedding video should be a professional piece of work, make sure that as well as having top quality equipment, the videographer also advocates technical knowledge such as an understanding of white balance, manual focus and shutter speeds. Ask to see examples of their work to judge the picture quality for yourself.
5. Lighting
When discussing locations for the wedding day, ensure that the videographer has lighting equipment suitable for indoor filming and will be able to transport it to each venue, to ensure each picture is evenly lit and exposed.
6. Sound
Ask if it is possible for the groom to wear a tie-clip microphone in order to pick up both sets of vows being made. Even the most confident of couples can be softly spoken when exchanging vows and this is the most important moment in your marriage ceremony that will want to be relived. This inconspicuous device will record voices onto the video, which may otherwise be lost.
7. Discretion
The ideal videographer will be unobtrusive and record the day without becoming a feature of it. Choose someone who understands the sensitivity needed to get all the shots whilst remaining invisible. Look for comments highlighting this ability when checking recommendations.
